Felipe: Hi, my name is Felipe. Marci: And I am Marci Martinez from Moffat, Colorado. We have one son and two daughters and two fur daughters.
WhatWhat's the challenge you're facing right now?
Hi, the challenge is that we are facing is financial insecurity and instability. And we also have a We have two children who are developmentally delayed, who are struggling with mental health and behavioral issues. So with that, not able to work to ensure safety and make sure that, you know, they have the resources and the help that they need. And I've also been I have missed work just to ensure safety and provide support for my family, and this becomes a challenge in keeping consistent with the SubTo programs.
What changesWhat would financial freedom change for you?
Hi. The financial freedom, it would definitely help us because I'd be able to be home with my family to provide that support for them. And my biggest thing is is giving them the opportunities that they deserve, changing their lives now so that they can be the most successful and become the best versions of themselves in the future.
Why nowWhy are you ready to change your situation?
I am ready to change our situation because we are keep experiencing these behavioral, and we need better outreach and support. And then with inflation, it's keeping up. We are real. We're doing this every day. We're going to work, or I'm going to work, and I'm doing overtime. I'm cutting everything I can. I have to pick and choose what I can pay, but we're ready for change because we've hit rock bottom. But we've learned, and we will go up the right way, and we will inspire others.
The askWhy should Pace come meet you?
Woman: We'd like Pace to come and meet us because this is this is life. This is us. You know, we're raw, we're real. You know, we are a normal family every day, cooking, cleaning, and taking care of children, and we just have these financial and other struggles that happen. We have found God in the midst of all these things of trials that we have been through, and God has, you know, opened doors for us and has given us amazing support. We would just like a chance to be able to get on our feet so we can help children, our children, and then, in turn, help others. Man: And like Maddie, I've been through divorce, I've been through hardships, but every day I feel like I'm going toward her situation. And I was inspired from how you found her and what you rose her up to be.

A little more about Felipe
I discovered Pace and SubTo at Aspire in Denver and Maddie's story drove me into action! This was just at the beginning of her story. I was in a more stable situation at that time, and today feel more like her is that place in her life. Through this journey, starting with finding RV parks, ect, learning to find the key points to look for, and how to pair buy boxes with OM's, I've been able to build rapport with brokers where they are now sending more specific properties targeted at buy boxes, and posting daily here and discord, I'm receiving more messages and learning better follow-up, and I am so grateful! I truly praise this community, and believe our lives will soon be blessed with my outreach, effort and daily action. And when life gets back on track, I will be going all-in as I've seen others rise from very bottom, and that exactly what I'll do, show others they can overcome their situations, beliefs and mindsets and become their best versions of themselves! | want to help others get OnCourse with their lives, finances and their futures!
