What does “rally behind” mean?
Rallying behind someone means their story connected with you and you think Pace should hear it. It doesn't mean you're deciding who deserves help more than someone else.
Does the person with the most rallies become The Next Hero?
Not necessarily. Community rallies help Pace and the Zero to Hero team discover which stories are connecting with people, but rallies are only one signal. Pace and the team make all final selections.
How often can I rally?
Every registered user receives one free daily rally. Additional bonus rallies can be unlocked through eligible Zero to Hero book purchases.
Do I have to buy the book to rally?
No. Every registered supporter gets 1 free rally every single day, forever. Bonus rallies are an extra, not a requirement.
How many bonus rallies do I get?
10 bonus rallies for every eligible copy of Zero to Hero you buy: 1 book is 10, 5 books is 50, 10 books is 100. There is no cap.
How long until my rallies show up?
Book purchases are verified manually by our team — normally within 3–5 business days of us receiving your receipt. You'll get an email the moment they're added, and your balance appears on your account page.
Do bonus rallies expire?
No. They sit in your account until you use them.
Which rally gets used first?
Your free daily rally always goes first. Only after that is spent do we touch your bonus balance, and we always ask you to confirm before spending one.
Can I get a refund on bonus rallies?
No. Rallies are not a product, cannot be transferred to another account, and cannot be refunded, sold or exchanged once cast. Book refunds are handled by the bookseller and will reverse any unused rallies credited for that purchase.
Does buying the book guarantee my story or my pick wins?
No. Bonus rallies influence community rankings only. Pace and the team make the final decision about who he meets next, and community support is one signal among several.
I bought the book — what do I do?
Nothing, as long as you bought it with the same email address as your Next Hero account. If you used a different email, or your rallies haven't shown up, fill in the short form on this page and our team will add them by hand.
